(Developing a Digital School Review Program – Full IWBNet Consultancy Service and Handbook)

This full consultancy service by IWBNet Pty Ltd provides your school with on the ground expert assistance in identifying the many complex and integrally related variables essential to developing as digital school. The service includes:

• Initial teleconference with key school staff and IWBNet consultants to clarify the Review Program process

• Six person days of expert assistance on the ground in your school (a three day visit to the school by two IWBNet consultants)

• Interviews and focus groups (principal, school executives, teachers, administrative staff and parents) conducted by IWBNet consultants

• Analysis of staff surveys and school data undertaken by IWBNet consultants

• Observations by and advice from IWBNet consultants about classroom and administrative practice as it relates to developing a Digital School

• Provision of a final report by IWBNet consultants, comprising executive summary, comments, observations, recommendations and a suggested way forward for the school

• Final teleconference with key school staff and IWBNet consultants to discuss the final report and the school’s directions for the future.

In addition you will be provided a full copy of the Review Program Handbook that will guide you step by step through the internal and external components of the review program covering key information such as:

• The nature of a Digital School

• The scope of a sound review program

• The key areas for review

• The key performance indicators

• Conducting the internal review component

• Achieving external validation of the results of your internal review

• A suggested timetable for the review program

• Guidelines for the collection and analysis of data

• A model for the internal review report

• Reflection surveys for all school staff

• Guidelines for interviews and focus groups

• A model for the final report

• A planning model for developing a Digital School.
