Thank you for making the decision to register to attend the Second National ITL Masterclass Conference.

We invite you to register for the conference via our online booking system. You will be led through the booking system step by step and will be asked to choose your method of payment. The most efficient method is via credit card using our secure payment gateway. You also have the option of electing to pay via an invoice to your school.

You will receive instant confirmation of your registration via email (so please make sure the email address is accurate). Using your unique confirmation ID you will be able to log in any time and view your booking and print out your details.

Sessions

You will be notified when session choices are available.

With the Cohort Sessions all those who select the same topic in the registration process will form a cohort and the cohort will stay together for all four Cohort Sessions scheduled in the conference program. 

In the registration process you will also be asked to select the Pre-prepared Sessions available in the program.

Closer to the conference you will be sent an email asking you to select the Chat Session topic around which you would like to have a conversation.

At any time you can re-enter the booking system using your unique ID number and hyperlink o come back at any time and choose or change your selections. However, we must stress that should your session be booked out you will need to have your program handy so you can select an alternative session.

Online Booking System

Our online booking system has the ability to allow you to change your sessions at anytime right up until three days before the conference. This of course does not apply to sessions that are booked out. As the conference draws near you will be asked and encouraged to print out your selections which then will also include room numbers and any other detail you may need.

The system also has the facility for you to register other teachers from your school as well as a facility for you to invite other teachers to review the conference program and register themselves. We ask you to make use of these great facilities (you may as well have all your friends join you).
