This is a great opportunity for school leaders to acquire an in depth understanding of what it takes to lead schools in the digital age. Current and future school leaders will gain the skills and understanding to lead a digital school - a school where the teaching resources and administration and communications are predominantly digital. The conference will look to the future and also address the everyday realities, the forces inhibiting educational progress and strategies that might be used to move ahead.

The conference program will address all of a school’s operations with sessions covering such diverse topics as:

  • Leading a Digital School

  • Case Study - a developing digital school

  • The Change Process – developing a supportive culture

  • Planning – involve every operation in the school

  • Digital Integration – comprehensive and efficient

  • Optimal Use of Digital Technology in the Classroom

  • Learning Platform – a personalized online learning space

  • Staff Development – models that work

  • ICT Infrastructure – cutting edge technology

  • Quality ICT Technical Support
