Social Event

A casual social BBQ event has been organised on Thursday 12 August on the Poolside Terrace at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Sanctuary Cove.

The cost of the social BBQ event is AU $50.00. The social event provides a wonderful opportunity to relax before the conference begins and perhaps meet a new colleague or two.

The casual social BBQ will commence at 7.00pm.

The buffet menu consists of:

Homemade selection of crusty breads and rolls

Hot
BBQ Beef rib fillet
Roasted Ocean trout gremolata with dill cream
Baked chicken thighs with chermoula spice
Red wine sauce, mustard, horseradish
and fresh lemons
Buttered corn on the cob
Grain mustard roasted chat potatoes

Salads
Pear, rocket and parmesan cheese salad with balsamic dressing
Tossed Greek salad with green olive tapenade lemon dressing
Pasta with pesto, marinated vegetables
Selection of gourmet cold meats and pickled vegetables

Selection of Australian cheese with dried fruits and crisp breads
Sliced seasonal fresh fruit

Beverages
Beverages can be purchased from the Poolhouse which has a fully stocked bar with cash registers, drinks are at your own cost.

Refund Policy

All registration fees must be paid within 14 days of the invoice being issued or in advance of the date of attendance. Which ever date occurs first, applies. Refunds will be given as follows: up to 14 days before the commencement of a conference. No refund will be given after that time; however an alternate person may attend. If an invoice is unpaid and cancellation is not received up to 14 days before a conference, payment will be pursued. Whilst every effort will be made to run advertised conferences, IWBNet reserves the right to vary the advertised schedule. Minimum numbers are required for all events to run as scheduled. IWBNet is not responsible for lost monies due to the cancellation of the event within the above timeframes. Program content is subject to change without notice.
