Conference Dinner
A conference dinner will be held on Friday 13 August at the Hyatt Regency
Hotel Sanctuary Cove in the Grange Room.
The cost of the conference dinner is AU $95.00 The conference dinner provides
a wonderful opportunity to network with like-minded educators and gain a first
hand appreciation of how others are using IWBs in schools.
Pre-dinner drinks will be served from 6.30pm with a three course dinner
commencing at 7.00pm. A DJ will help make the evening a fun event with lots of
music and dancing.
The delicious Conference Dinner menu is:
Entrée (alternate plates)
Pecorino, pear & wild rocket salad w walnut vinaigrette
Or
Layered Mediterranean vegetables with fetta cheese and balsamic glaze
Mains (alternate plates)
Caramelised chicken breast on coconut rice, steamed boy choy and green
papaya pickled
or
Oven baked Lamb rump on rissoni and capsicum Milanese, zucchini
noodles and red currant jus
Dessert Platter
Cinnamon Apple crumble
Mango panna cotta
Chocolate walnut brownies
Strawberry cheesecake
Vegetarian options are available. Please let us know if you require a
vegetarian meal.

The beverages available at the dinner will be:

Sparkling Cuvée, NSW, Rothbury Estate Semillion Sauvignon Blanc, NSW, Jindalee

Refund Policy
All registration fees must be paid within 14 days of the
invoice being issued or in advance of the date of attendance. Which ever date
occurs first, applies. Refunds will be given as follows: up to 14 days before
the commencement of a conference. No refund will be given after that time;
however an alternate person may attend. If an invoice is unpaid and cancellation
is not received up to 14 days before a conference, payment will be pursued.
Whilst every effort will be made to run advertised conferences, IWBNet reserves
the right to vary the advertised schedule. Minimum numbers are required for all
events to run as scheduled. IWBNet is not responsible for lost monies due to the
cancellation of the event within the above timeframes. Program content is
subject to change without notice.
