Your Conference Registration Fee includes; attendance at the Optional Classroom Tours (Thursday 12 August), conference bag containing Show Specials, arrival tea/coffee, morning tea, buffet lunch, access to the exhibition, keynote address, access to 16 concurrent sessions across 9 different time slots:

Early Bird Registration Fee – register before 30 June 2010

  • Full Conference Registration Fee (Two full days plus optional classroom tours) - $425.00

  • One Day Registration Fee (Either Friday plus optional classroom tours or Saturday plus optional classroom tours) - $225.00

Full Conference Registration Fee – register from 1 July 2010

  • Full Conference Registration Fee (Two full days plus optional classroom tours) - $465.00

  • One Day Registration Fee (Either Friday plus optional classroom tours or Saturday plus optional classroom tours) - $255.00

Other Items

  • Thursday 12 August - Social Event being a Poolside BBQ at the Hyatt Regency - $50.00

  • Friday 13 August – Conference Dinner at the Hyatt Regency - $95.00

    - Thursday 12 August (Classroom Tours): $20 return
    - Thursday 13 August (Social BBQ held at Hyatt Regency): $15 return

Refund Policy

All registration fees must be paid within 14 days of the invoice being issued or in advance of the date of attendance. Which ever date occurs first, applies. Refunds will be given as follows: up to 14 days before the commencement of a conference. No refund will be given after that time; however an alternate person may attend. If an invoice is unpaid and cancellation is not received up to 14 days before a conference, payment will be pursued. Whilst every effort will be made to run advertised conferences, IWBNet reserves the right to vary the advertised schedule. Minimum numbers are required for all events to run as scheduled. IWBNet is not responsible for lost monies due to the cancellation of the event within the above timeframes. Program content is subject to change without notice.
