Please note: The Conference Dinner will be held on Friday 13 August at Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove.

Shuttle Bus: IWBNet has organised for shuttle buses to go between the following four accommodation suggestions and Saint Stephen’s College. The cost of the shuttle bus can be found on the Costs page. A specific timetable will be sent to those delegates who have selected this option, closer to the conference.

Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove, Manor Circle Sanctuary Cove Resort

The Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove is a five-star resort hotel - styled as a traditional 1940s grand Queensland homestead and set amidst lush, tropical gardens.

Azzura Greens Resort, Activa Way Hope Island

Azzura Greens Resort has suites that are fully self contained with full kitchen, laundry, lounge and dining room. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite and bedding can be configured with either a king bed or two singles in each room.

Marina Quays International Resort, John Lund Drive Hope Island

Marina Quays International Resort is located at Hope Island. IWBNet has secured a special conference rate of $110.00 per night for a single or twin share room (room only).

Coomera Motor Inn – Dreamworld Parkway,Coomera

Refund Policy

All registration fees must be paid within 14 days of the invoice being issued or in advance of the date of attendance. Which ever date occurs first, applies. Refunds will be given as follows: up to 14 days before the commencement of a conference. No refund will be given after that time; however an alternate person may attend. If an invoice is unpaid and cancellation is not received up to 14 days before a conference, payment will be pursued. Whilst every effort will be made to run advertised conferences, IWBNet reserves the right to vary the advertised schedule. Minimum numbers are required for all events to run as scheduled. IWBNet is not responsible for lost monies due to the cancellation of the event within the above timeframes. Program content is subject to change without notice.
