IWBNet Pty Ltd is an educational consultancy and teacher professional development company committed to providing direction and support globally to schools and systems wanting to make wise educational use of interactive teaching and learning programs.

IWBNet will use the networked world to provide all those associated with the shift to digital media – the teachers, school and system leaders, education faculties and the providers - the leadership and educational vision required to enhance the quality of teaching and student learning.

In brief, IWBNet will act as an independent intermediary between all interested parties.

It will use its consultancy work, research, writings, publications, conference and seminar program, teacher and leadership development programs and its various web services to constantly inform, and help lead the way forward.

IWBNet is conscious of the rapid and ever evolving nature of digital media and its use in schools, and the need for IWBNet to stay in touch with this new and emerging educational tool and to constantly provide resources and guidance as each school progresses along its own journey.

The company was formed in 2004 by bringing together the talents of a group of educators and administrators.

IWBNet has in its mix a group of former educational administrators, experienced ICT trainers and a network of teacher educators.

The current, working directors are Margo Metcalf and Val Macaulay.
